Hunter Mountain Report

2-11-01

COLD! Just plain wierd might actually be better to describe it. Saturday was ice. Crossover and Lower Crossover were definately the runs of the day. Big sun-baked bumbs that were soft. Yes Soft. Cliff stayed OK and Drop Off was a reasonable cruiser. The tempature dropped hard at the days end.

Sunday was a completely different story. COLD. Windy. But what a difference a night of snow making can make. The mountain was re-surfaced quite well. Big soft fluffy bumps everywhere. Cliff, Hellgate, and Minya were all a blast.

Rotting snow kept most of us on the trails. WE NEED A DUMP!
